Providing a local lens on challenges and recommendations for solutions are core to the policy work of Fresno C2C. Our recent focus has been on Early Care and Education, specifically, the need for three developmental screens before age three, the need for a comprehensive approach to child care workforce development and the impacts of the pandemic on social and emotional learning.
